Central Library Secretariat organized at University of Basrah in a cooperation with college of Arts course to organised information containers in descriptive indexing at Libraries. 
It aimed to define the importance of card wether it was traditional or electronic according rda for books and institutions to facilitate its work for Human Resources in addition to introduce the importance of map indexing in Libraries and information centres, to improve the level of Human Resources working on the field of cataloging .
It presented by dr. Amaal Abdul ragman Abdul wahid and the tutor dr Tariq Taha Abood how to set up various indexing cards for maps , in terms of main entrance general definition and parallel and secondary title , map issuer statement , securitization data and notes , index card dimensions, also an introduction to the Mark standar 21, main fields of standard and definition of Human Resources how to create a complete information record, index card dimensions terms of crown , indicators , and subfields .
