central Library secretariat has received students and professors in University of Basrah included a guided tour of one of the University’s cultural landmark. The head of the beneficiary services division, mr Ihsan stated that the visit included the library’s corridors. Scientific and cultural segments were also presented on the history and heritage of Basrah Governorate . General Secretary  of central Library Said about the visit dr. Ahmed Razzaq Al- fartosy the visit introduced students to the library, its history, and its establishment, what contains from precious books represent an important known heritage to Iraqi civilization.
